About
PULP Press is here to bring the best of old pulp magazines into the present, with the aim of reimagining the future.
Pulp fiction was instrumental in setting the tones of the classic sci-fi and mystery genres. It set many of the aesthetic and conceptual precedents that rule how we imagine our futures (and the generally strange, bizarre, and distant) today.
PULP Press is here to push those visions further forward. Through cheap and available storytelling, PULP exists to uproot and expand genre conventions — and to reroute the way we think about our futures.
We see the visual style of pulp artwork as a key part of the influence that pulp publications had. As a result, we deeply value the importance of presenting the works that we publish in creative ways that take advantage of their medium and the visual tools of the modern world. We hope you’ll come for the presentation as much as the stories themselves.
PULP Press exists online, but will someday release a physical issue printed on pulp paper.

Works
PULP is dedicated to presenting stories and ideas in ways that do them justice. As such, each piece that PULP publishes is given its own entirely custom page with a unique design that is tailored specifically for its content. The PULP site is hardcoded, allowing for a good deal of flexibility. Flip through our recent publications below!
